The Youth Services Department of the Bridgeview Public Library strives to offer quality programming to the children and families of Bridgeview. Our goal is to offer resources and programs that will promote a love of reading in each child. The Youth Services Department is a professional, caring environment where children are respected and appreciated. Please don't hesitate to ask our staff for help while you are in the library. We are always happy to help you find the perfect book or locate information online or in print.

- Step readers, arranged in order of difficulty (for children who are beginning to read independently)

- Biographies (picture books and chapter books)

- Foreign language materials (Arabic, Spanish, and Polish)

- Bridgeview Library patrons can now check out e-books! You must have a home computer with internet access, a reading device (Kindle, Nook, iPad, iPhone, Android, etc.), and a library card in good standing in order to use this service.
